Clarifying Complex Research for Public & Stakeholder Confidence
Queen’s University required a way to translate complex research data into a format accessible to media and public stakeholders. The objective was not aesthetic redesign — it was perception alignment. Working closely with the research team, I restructured and reformatted dense academic data into a clear, HBR-inspired journal format designed to: – Increase clarity and credibility – Support stakeholder confidence – Strengthen institutional positioning The outcome contributed to strengthened client trust and continued partnership expansion.
